Naturally, we won’t be able to answer all of your questions here. That’s why we always suggest that you book a FREE consultation with one of our clinicians, who’ll be more than happy to give you more information on our comprehensive range of treatments, and what’s right for you. However, here are answers to some of the questions we regularly get asked.
Our range of treatments are suitable for almost any part of the body. The most popular hair reduction treatments are for areas such as upper lip, bikini area, underarms, legs as well as backs and chests, for men.
Relax; you’re not alone. Skin care treatments in general are becoming increasingly popular amongst men. Laser hair removal is the ideal long term solution to getting rid of unwanted hair on the back and shoulders, while other treatments such as microdermabrasion can leave tired skin looking refreshed and feeling great.
Yes. All our treatments have a proven safety record. Our team includes experienced GPs and fully qualified laser professionals, for added peace of mind.
Our treatments are non-surgical and virtually painless, delivering visible lasting results with minimal recovery time. When it comes to laser treatments you’ll feel only a mild sensation, which people describe as being like an elastic band being flicked against the skin.
Everyone’s different and it will also depend on the specific treatment you have. For laser treatment, you’ll normally need a course of between 4 to 6 treatments. You’ll be given more details about the number of treatments needed during your initial consultation.
If you’re having laser treatment, it’s best to avoid prolonged direct exposure to sunlight (tanning) for four weeks prior and immediately after treatments, and to use an effective sunscreen SPF30. After some treatments, you’ll also need to avoid hot showers, baths or saunas and vigorous exercise for 48 hours. For other treatments, the only aftercare you’ll need is to apply a good moisturiser. Your clinician will always provide you with detailed written pre and aftercare advice.
The initial consultation is FREE. During the consultation your clinician will discuss individual treatment requirements, no of treatments likely to be needed and specific costs.
We accept most debit and credit cards as well as cheque payment. Alternatively, please ask a member of the Limes team for more information about our prepayment, payment plans and loyalty points options.
